About Me

Education: I have studied at the Academy of Art in Venice and the University of Padua, gaining a solid foundation in the History of Art.

Background: With a passion for creating engaging digital experiences that make a positive impact, I pursued my interest in technology and storytelling through roles in the museum sector. I bring a unique blend of experiences in museum administration and leadership. In my museum roles, I led projects to enhance visitor experiences both onsite and online.

Working in museums during challenging times taught me valuable lessons in effectively engaging audiences online and designing user-friendly digital interfaces. I also worked on projects to digitise and catalogue artifacts using collection management systems. This hands-on experience showed me the power of software and databases to organise information and make it accessible.

Coding Journey: Eager to better understand the technology behind the museum software I had used, I began teaching myself software development through online courses and tutorials. With each new language and framework I learned, I became more and more captivated by the creativity and problem-solving involved in coding.

Goals: Now, as I look to transition into a full-time software engineering role, I'm excited to combine my technical skills with my background in delivering compelling narratives and designing accessible digital experiences.

As a developer, my desire is to create software that informs, inspires, and empowers people.

Soft Skills: In my previous roles managing both people and projects, I honed my collaboration and communication abilities. I'm a proactive team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to bring ideas to life. Technical challenges energise me, and I'm always looking to expand my coding skills and stay up-to-date on new technologies.
